The entire building has been divided into three large functional areas, suggested by the architecture of the building itself. The main body houses the university residence, the front building, the smaller one, is used instead as a B&B, while the last, positioned at the center of the entire system, constitutes the nerve center which, in addition to connecting the two structures, connects the entire building to the neighborhood, also opening outwards. Each section of the building has its own independent entrance. What acts as a true connection is the central body of the cafeteria, a service chosen specifically in line with the reference brand, Nespresso. This connector space extends over an area of 588 square meters and is open not only for those staying, but also for external users. In the design of the entire building soft colors are dominant in bare shades, as well as from the analysis of the brand, while the teal green, one attributable to plantations and natural essence, is mainly used in furnishings through fabrics and glazed. The brass, with warm shades similar to coffee in the cup, was chosen to give light to the space; it is found in lighting fixtures and as a decorative detail.
