Laboratory abstract

An interdisciplinary 3rd year LSF studio between Interior Design and Product Design, aiming to help students develop new design solutions, going beyond the more conventional and traditional categories of furniture and spaces. Starting from a chosen typology (either co-working or co-living) each group is asked to focus on one specific space inside the layout and develop the relation between the space and a system of furniture pieces; the furniture can be composed of independent pieces or part of a larger family of products.
