Work is the environment in which each of us must perform. Where we have to do our best and join winning team with colleagues, who have not chosen and with whom, not always, they agree. Here then is that the space containing these performances and these relationships takes on a fundamental role. The large offices, designed not to appear (the RAL 9006 that most often characterizes them is a non-color!) Do not perform this function: too rigid, too protected, too formal … The students tried to create environments in which the monotony, understood in the most literal sense of the term, was interrupted to make room for something else. Beautiful and interesting projects were born, such as a dangerous office, with an immense boulder propped up, on which to climb and feel dizzy and adrenaline; an open space where stacks of unused tables and chairs create a meditative cave or an upside-down office, where you learn to have different points of view on things and people. Each group has found in a feeling, in a state of mind, the evolutionary key of a space, that of work, which really needs to update itself, to compete with smartworking and win.
