The project has the aim to give a place of social and artistic recognition to a dance genre still not well known in Italy, like the one of Voguing. House of Revival is designed to specifically welcome Voguer dancers that are part of the category of modern neo-nomadi workers, because they are driven by their passion and art form to move from place to place, depending on important events and working possibilities, available in a city like Milan. By taking as an example the works of the french designers Bouroullec, House of Revival is inspired by their idea of versatility, multifunctionality and Flexiscape, to offer a place adaptable to the necessities of a neo-nomade dancer. The user finds himself in balance between spaces designed for both a domestic and working purpose, and constantly changing their appearances, thanks to reversible and versatile furniture, and a system of colors, lights and curtains, that change the perception of the rooms depending on how and when they are used.
