Green Up is a project that comes from the idea of self-sustainability and self-production. It consists of an “urban hub” containing a mix of innovative functions and ideally located in Via Paolo Sarpi, in Milan. With the aim of achieving the person’s psychophysical well-being, it offers the possibility of growing plants, treating them and catching them. A first horizontal band hosts a double-height structure for indoor cultivation characterized by particular violet UV lights. These plants will then be used to create energizing herbal teas, with the aim of supporting the customer before and after training. A raised platform hosts courses in Antigravity Yoga, Kravfit and Piloxing, physical activities that follow the trends of the moment and Adidas, perfect for training the body and the mind. The growth is therefore both of the individual customer and of what he cultivates. A sense of well-being develops due to the cultivation, physical activity and consumption of healthy drinks chosen from a specific list or created personally with the help of the staff. These can be conveniently consumed in a special relaxation area.
